A new chapter is unfolding for Upswell.

Hello, friends.

Beginning June 1, Upswell’s RiNo and Central Park spaces will transition into Sway Wellness Clubs.

Sway is a modern wellness concept created by Spavia, a Colorado-born, founder-led company with 20 years in wellness and hospitality.

When we created Upswell, the vision was simple: build welcoming spaces where people could move, recover, reconnect, and feel better in their bodies and lives.

Together, this community helped pioneer a new kind of social wellness experience in Denver — one rooted in recovery, nervous system regulation, and human connection.

After spending time with the Sway founders, we discovered kindred partners who shared a belief in hospitality-driven wellness and a vision for a new kind of wellness club in Denver.

What’s Staying the Same

A lot will feel familiar.

The recovery experiences you know and love — sauna, cold plunge, and revive — are staying and becoming the Sway Remedy Lounge.

The same friendly faces from Upswell will continue welcoming you into Sway. Hours will gradually expand into full-day access over time.

What’s Changing

Movement classes will not continue under Sway.

Our teachers and classes have been the heartbeat of Upswell, and we will continue practicing with our teachers as they find new teaching homes with studios in and around Denver.

Throughout the summer, the spaces will gradually evolve to include massage therapy, facials, expanded recovery technologies, expanded daytime hours, and new ways to rest, recover, and reset.

Some Logistics

Members. Your membership has been reduced to an exclusive rate and will flow seamlessly into Sway. There is nothing you need to do on your end.

Day Pass, Pack & Gift Card Holders. Sway will welcome you in and honor your passes and gift cards. There is nothing you need to do on your end.

And Upswell?

Upswell isn’t going away entirely - just flowing out of brick-and-mortar operations. Upswell will continue to champion the soul and science of all things recovery through social and email. Then, after a period of rest and recovery, Upswell will return to its roots - bringing people together to move, rest, and play in outdoor places and beautiful spaces.
