    Enjoy the panoramic views from our newest neighborhood. Join us for an energizing flow with fresh air, open skies, and healthy sips and bites. All are welcome — just don’t forget to bring your own mat and a water bottle — we’ll take care of the rest.

    The Adult Recess We All Need. Join the run. Enjoy the flow. Play at the park. All summer long. Build community — with Upswell & friends. Each week we’ll lead walks, runs, and flows at either Wash Park or Central Park. Check the schedule and save your spot!

  • The Hardest Mile

    Saturday, June 28th

    This HYROX-inspired training is designed to test your will, build grit, endurance, and stamina. We’ll gather at the studio, then Eric will lead The Hardest Mile. We’ll walk back to the studio and wrap with community recovery and artisan victory bagels.
