Traditional and infrared saunas enjoyed in solo or social sessions.

From a traditional cedar sauna to an infrared sauna with red light therapy, a meditative solo moment to social activity with friends, quiet stillness to movement with self-myofascial release (SMR) tools. In any format, boost recovery and immunity, relieve soreness and pain, increase energy and blood flow, regulate and relax.

Power-sculpt yoga class incorporating slide-board strength and cardio bursts.

Details

Warm up with a traditional Sun A and Sun B yoga flow then transition to the slide-board for balance, cardio, and strength drills. Feel immediate results during a closing yoga flow and balancing series on the mat. Punctuate class with our signature moment of constructive rest.

Power

Power-vinyasa yoga class incorporating soft tissue release and body-weight strength.

Warm up with a traditional Sun A and Sun B power yoga flow, build to a peak posture, then flow down to close class with our signature moment of constructive rest. Soft tissue release tools and techniques incorporated into class.

Restore

Restorative yin-yoga class incorporating breath work and soft tissue release.

Follow a light breath-to-movement flow, land in a restorative yin posture, and seal class with our signature moment of constructive rest. Soft tissue release tools and techniques incorporated into class.
