The Hardest Mile is a HYROX/hybrid training inspired crucible that's designed to test your will, building grit, strength-endurance and stamina - and community with fellow movers.
We’ll gather at the Upswell Central Park studio then warm-up walk to the Westerly Creek Path where Eric will lead the Hardest Mile. We’ll do a recovery walk back to the studio, enjoy some community-style active recovery, then punctuate with a Restore yin-yasa class.
