Soul Session: The Unplug
Meditation Workshop
Join us for an hour of gentle movement followed by meditation. This class is for beginners as well as seasoned meditators. Different meditations and techniques will be offered over the course of the workshop to make meditation more approachable and to help you incorporate it outside of the studio. This workshop is open to all levels.
Meet your instructor, Tamara
Tamara is a 500 RYT and Reiki Master who rediscovered yoga in 2019 while navigating health challenges. Her classes blend meditation, embodiment, and resilience, encouraging students to listen deeply and meet themselves where they are. With breath as a guide, she invites you to bring your whole self to the mat and receive exactly what you need.

Shane’s yoga philosophy? “How can I disrupt your day—in a healing way.” Expect long holds, spicy core work, advanced asana, and music that ranges from filthy bass drops to Mariah Carey whistle tones. It’s sweaty, it’s unhinged, and somehow... it works. After class, you can find Shane crying in the cold plunge or spilling tea in the sauna. Probably both to be honest.

Upswell Outside x Eric Hinman - The Hardest Mile
The Hardest Mile with Eric Hinman
The Hardest Mile is a HYROX/hybrid training inspired crucible that's designed to test your will, building grit, strength-endurance and stamina - and community with fellow movers.
We’ll gather at the Upswell Central Park studio then warm-up walk to the Westerly Creek Path where Eric will lead the Hardest Mile. We’ll do a recovery walk back to the studio, enjoy some community-style active recovery, then punctuate with a Restore yin-yasa class.
