In her class, connection to breath (our life force!) comes first. Once you have tapped into this, the movements your body needs begin to come more intuitively. She believes it’s important to move mindfully through flowing sequences that nurture how we would like to feel in all areas of our life: safe, kind, resilient, and strong.
